The BJC Group utilizes the newest construction software and techniques to maintain a quality product, every time.

To aid in communication and the flow of information, We use the project management software Procore. It keeps all parties connected through one platform.

For an in-depth understanding of building design and site layout The BJC Group uses Building Information Modeling (BIM). These 3D models help visualize the project’s design from conceptualization to implementation.
To maximize efficiency and maintain project schedules, we’ve adopted the use of Prefabricated products. These prefabricated segments are produced simultaneously during other phases of the project. When one phase ends the next is ready to be installed, allowing work to continue seamlessly.
