Al-Agba who has owned the property on Ridgetop Boulevard across from Levin Road for 13 years said the new Silverdale Pediatrics is scheduled to open at the end of June or the beginning of July. He said the builder Robert Baglio, of BJC Group, has really moved the project along. “The builder is really good and not only is he on time, but he’s ahead of schedule,” Saad said. “He’s really good.”
