Project Size: Each lot is around 5,600 SF with each residence around 1,900 SF
Project Description: The Ground-up build of 13 Single Family Residential homes in Kent, WA.
Nordic Cottages
Location: 690 NE Lincoln Rd, Poulsbo, WA Project Size: 4,632 SF Project Description: Partnering with Housing Kitsap, this is the ground-up construction of two 2-story affordable housing buildings with 4 units each.
KCR Manette Homes
Location: 2115 E 19th Street, Bremerton, WA 98310
Project Size: 9,306 SF
Project Description: Partnering with Kitsap Community Resources, this is the ground up build of nine-unit townhouse triplex.
Multiple Starbucks in WA and TN!
Location: We have multiple Starbuck Tenant Improvements and Renovations in progress as well as coming down the pike. Locations include:
Spanaway, WA
Enumclaw, WA
Tumwater, WA
Franklin, TN
Nashville, TN
Project Description: Many of these are Tenant Improvements in which we are fully renovating the interior of an existing café to match Starbucks’ modernized look.
The others are Renovations where we take an existing building and demo it and build it up as a Starbucks Cafe.
